WHAT: Join our exclusive 2-hour interactive Vertical Jump Workshop, designed to give you a personalised plan to improve your vertical jump—based on your individual testing results, jump analysis, and our proven training framework.
We have helped hundreds of athletes improve their vertical jump helping many athletes get their first dunk, get back to dunking pain free and add new dunks to their repertoire.
During this workshop, we'll shed light on how attributes such as Relative Strength, Elasticity, Rate Coding and Jump Technique play a major role in guiding our training in order to improve our vertical jump.
The workshop has both theoretical and practical components, ensuring you gain a deeper understanding of how to jump higher.
PRICE: $50 for AUSA Facility members, $100 for non-members
